3. Any infringement of the Agurotech rights concerning delivered products or services shall beconsidered a material breach of this General Terms and Conditions and will entitleAgurotech to terminate the agreement.

c. use the data to improve its products in a manner that does not personally identifyyou, or to provide services or technologies to you.
d. In the event of using your Agurotech account or by installing or enabling thesoftware for use with third party devices (e.g., printers or other peripherals), youmay direct the transmission of data from the products to networks, systems andapplications not owned or operated by Agurotech. Accordingly, you understand thatthe security, confidentiality and integrity of such data and access will be subject tothe policies, practices and terms of the party or service to which the data istransmitted and not Agurotech. Agurotech therefore does not accept any liability inthe event non-accessibility, unauthorized access or any breaches in security in thirdparty provided platforms or devices.

3. The forfeiture of the fine referred to in the first paragraph of this article shall not affectthe other rights of Agurotech including its right to claim compensation in addition to thefine.
Joint and several Customer liabilities
If Agurotech enters into an agreement with several Customers, each of them shall be jointlyand severally liable for the full amounts due to Agurotech under that agreement.
Liability of Agurotech
if and insofar as this damage is caused by the non-availability of third partyprovided services necessary to perform the agreement;

Agurotech is never liable for indirect damages, such as consequential loss, lostprofit, lost savings or damage to third Parties.
3. All images, photos, colors, drawings, descriptions on the website or in a catalog are onlyindicative and are only approximate and cannot lead to any compensation and/or (partial)dissolution of the agreement and/or suspension of any obligation.

Parties mutually indemnify each other and their present and former holdings, subsidiaries,managers, directors, officers, equity owners, employees, representatives, agents, insurers andother affiliates against all third-party claims that are related to the products and/or servicessupplied by Agurotech.
Every right of the Customer to compensation from Agurotech shall, in any case, expirewithin 12 months after the event from which the liability arises directly or indirectly. Thisdoes not exclude the provisions in article 6:89 of the Dutch Civil Code.
Modification of the agreement
If, after the conclusion of the agreement and before its implementation, it appearsnecessary to change or supplement its contents, the Parties shall timely and in mutualconsultation adjust the agreement accordingly.
Changes in the general terms and conditions
Transfer of rights
1. The Customer cannot transfer its rights deferring from an agreement with Agurotech tothird Parties without the prior written consent of Agurotech.

Consequences of nullity or annullability
1. If one or more provisions of these general terms and conditions prove null or annullable,this will not affect the other provisions of these terms and conditions.
2. A provision that is null or annullable shall, in that case, be replaced by a provision thatcomes closest to what Agurotech had in mind when drafting the conditions on that issue.
Applicable law and competent court
1. Dutch law is exclusively applicable to all agreements between the Parties.
2. The Dutch court in the district where Agurotech is established is exclusively competent in case
of any disputes between Parties, unless the law prescribes otherwise.

We have developed our technology based on years of experience as market leading sensor technology in other industries.

You can use sensors for multiple years.
The sensor battery lasts at least two years, but often much longer.
The moisture measurement has less than 1% mean error.
We offer two sensor types, either measuring on two depths 15 and 30 cm, or three depths: 15, 30 and 45 cm. The ideal depth depends on crop type and its root length. Measurements at two depths are sufficient for a large range of crops, however for certain crops with longer roots it is optimal to measure at three depths. Feel free to contact us for advice.
The optimal sensor density and placement depends on: actual in-field variability (yield maps, satellite images, your view), number of different zones you want to control, where your problem areas are, and a good reference point. Typically, 1 sensor per hectare is recommended, but if you need advice, feel free to contact us.
We have different sensor models, measuring at: 15 cm, 30 cm, 45 cm. Our sensors provide measurements at each depth for soil moisture, soil temperature and electrical conductivity.
Sensor measurements are calibrated according to soil type, crop type and its growth phase. Local weather data is also taken into account when forming irrigation recommendations.
To uninstall a sensor simply pull it out of the ground and hold it sideways or upside down to turn it off. You know the sensor is turned off when the light stops burning.
The installation process is very important to do right to ensure accurate measurements, we support our customers in doing this the right way. We also provide an instruction manual and video, which we will provide to you in our App.
It is possible that growing crop leaves can interfere with the signal. In your App you can see the connectivity status and you will get a notification if there are issues with the connectivity.
The sensor transmits data using the cellular network. The cellular technologies supported are NB-IoT, LTE-M and 2G as fallback for areas with bad cellular coverage.
Yes, you will receive a notification via the App in the shape of an irrigation sign and the irrigation amount in millimeters.
You can edit the soil data by selecting the field and following the instructions.
You can edit your field in the application by clicking on the boundaries and rearranging them as you see fit.
You can delete a field by clicking it in the application and following the delete instructions.
Yes, it is possible to both access the same account even with different operating systems.
After ordering our product, you can download the App in the App Store or Google Play Store. After downloading the App you can link your farm and access the data.
While you have an App subscription, you can always see your data. After you cancel the subscription, it will still be available to you for some time.
After installing the sensors and the App, the sensor conducts measurements and automatically sends data to our cloud. We analyse your data and provide you with the insights in your App.
