Sales Development Representative (Dutch-speaking)
As a Salesperson at Agurotech, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in the growth of our company. You will focus entirely on finding and connecting new customers, bringing our innovative solutions to the attention of farmers, distributors and other players in the agricultural sector. With your hunting mentality, you will ensure that our products gain ground in the Netherlands and abroad.
Your responsibilities
- Actively calling (hot and cold) leads and converting leads to prospects.
- Visiting prospects to convert to customers.
- Identify and enter new customer groups and segments.
- Build strong relationships with customers and eco-system partners by understanding their needs and challenges.
- Present our solutions through demonstrations, customer meetings and trade shows.
- Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities and achieve commercial goals.
Sales And Marketing Intern

Your responsibilities
- Support the sales and business development team in daily commercial activities, assist with lead generation and qualification
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, trends, and new business opportunities

We are looking for an R&D Intern to join our hardware and sensor development team.You will join a multidisciplinary group that already covers soil science, embedded systems, calibration, and field deployment. As an intern, you will get hands-on experience across the full development cycle - from lab experiments to field validation.
Your responsibilities
- Lab work: bench measurements, oscilloscope captures, debugging analog behavior, and characterizing components
- Building tools and scripts to automate testing, calibration, or production worktlows
- Investigating new sensing techniques (RF, dielectric, electrochemical)
- Supporting occasional field work and on-site testing
Software And Data Engineering Intern
We are looking for an Software And Data Engineering Internto join our software and data science team to build AI-driven tools and applications that support growers and help manage our global fleet of IoT sensors.
Your responsibilities
- Developing and deploying software models for sensor data analysis and decision support
- Designing backend services and APIs to manage and monitor IoT devices at scale
- Building data pipelines for processing, storing, and visualizing sensor data
- Supporting real-time monitoring and anomaly detection in the sensor network
- Collaborating with hardware, firmware, and agronomy teams to ensure seamless integration
